Racing Club is the champion of League of the Americas 2017

The traditional team Argentine Racing Club won the title of League of the Americas 2017. On Sunday afternoon (16), the team faced Atlanta (ARG) and won the trophy after a draw in the normal time and victory in the Shoot-Outs.

This is the first time an Argentine team has won the title. Playing at home Racing had a consistent campaign. Despite a defeat for Atlanta in the first phase, the team strengthened in the decisive games, eliminated Atletico Fut7 in the semifinals and gave the change in Atlanta conquering the trophy. In the final game, the rivals even came out ahead, but Racing tied the match in a 1 to 1 and Shoot-Outs guaranteed the party at home.

In December, the Racing team will try to celebrate the Brazilian ground in the World Club Championship, which will be held in Curitiba.
