Qualifying Tournament will ensure Brazilian team in the World Club Championship

Sixteen teams from Curitiba (BRA), in two categories, gave start on the last day 1 the dispute of the qualifying competition for the World Club Championship. After two disputed rounds, five teams ensured qualification for the next phase in advance. The remaining vacancies will be defined in the third round, scheduled for the 22nd.

The men's teams were divided into three groups, with four teams each. Invictos after the first two round, Atlético F7, Beco Navetec, Coritiba and Paraná Clube have secured the classification for the next phase with a round in advance. In female disputes, the Águia Dourada won two straight games and forwarded his classification.

The definition of the playoffs will be on the 22nd, when teams vying for the last round of the first phase. The winner of each category will win a spot in the World Championship of Football Clubs 7, main international competition of the sport.
