Check out the nominees the best coach in the men's category

After a season full of competitions, the World Club Championship and the Intercontinental Cup ended the football 7 bout in 2017. The tournaments were held in Curitiba, and brought together great teams from various countries. At the end of the season, the names that stood out most and three technicians were chosen to compete for the best prize of the year. Check the nominees:

Marco Antonio Batata (Brazilian Selection): The coach who commanded great teams of football 7 of Brazil, was ahead of the Brazilian team in the Intercontinental Cup. With a team full of great players, the coach had as main challenge the lack of training with the team, since the staff did not have much time to prepare. With an impeccable campaign, Brazil was undefeated champion and Batata took the prize of best coach of the competition.

Tequila (Sidekicks): Highlighted in the command of the Mexican selection and Sidekicks, Tequila won another title this season. At the beginning of the year, the coach led the selection of Mexico to the title of the Copa América de Futebol 7, held in Peru. The World Club Championship, the Sidekicks beat Avai in the final and became the best team of 2017. Tequila won the prize for best tournament technician.

Israel (Avaí): At the start of the season, Israel was at the helm of the Brazilian team in the Copa América de Futebol 7. In the tournament held in Peru, the coach was runner-up with the selection. The front of Avaí the coach achieved important results in national tournaments and this reflected in the club's campaign in the World Club Championships where the team was runner-up.

The list of winners of the award will be announced on January 25. The awards ceremony will be held in Lima (Peru) on April 5th.
