Barcelona to host Women's International Football 7 Challenge

The city of Barcelona will receive in the first days of October an international event of woman football 7 that is part of an action promoted by the International Football 7 Federation in celebration of the month October pink. There will be on the field teams and big international stars of the modality, including the Brazilian National Team, current world-wide champion.

The choice of the city of Barcelona (Spain) took place last week after meetings with Catalan sports representatives, who expressed full support for the FIF7 initiative. "The city of Barcelona is one of the most active in the campaign to raise awareness and fight against breast cancer and every year it carries out numerous actions in different segments of society. The International Challenge is a relevant international manifest that will count with the participation", said Hugo Loureiro, CEO of the International Football 7 Federation."
