The city of Orlando will host between February 14th and 16th the third edition of the Intercontinental Cup of Football 7. The competition will bring together the national teams of Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and the United States. The event will be held at the Ronaldo Academy Sports Complex and will have free admission. This is the first time this event will be held in the United States. In the first edition, Brazil was the champion and in the second edition Russia won.
Big international football 7 stars will be there and there will be live streaming on FIF7’s website. In addition to the football 7 national teams’ event, a children's soccer festival will be held on February 15th and 16th, open to all the community.
Brazil has the team with the largest number of international titles in the sport and will be on the field with athletes from the main clubs in Brazil, with highlights such as Marcelo Fattori (Chapecoense) and Andreas (Corinthians). The event marks the farewell of two big names in the sport. Mario Pinduca (Athletico Paranaense) and Rodrigo Mendes, a great idol in the sport and current captain of Brazil.
