Mexico won the Football 7 World Championship 2023

The eighth edition of the World Football Championship in the men's category was held in the city of Puebla (Mexico) and brought thousands of people to the Arena every day. The host team prepared a lot for the competition and lived up to the fans' expectations.

The title came after a victory over the Brazilian team. The game ended in a 0-0 draw and on penalties the Mexican team was more efficient and won 3-2 to start a huge fan celebration at the Arena. The event was organized by the International Federation in partnership with the Government of Puebla.
