Pinheiros, Leonas, Lazio, and Corinthians advance to the semifinals of the F7 women’s Club World Championship

The quarterfinals of the F7 Women’s Club World Championship were played on Tuesday (26), determining the four teams that continue competing for the title. In the first match of the day, Pinheiros (PR) defeated Oeste 4–2 in a head-to-head clash between two of the best teams from the group stage. The Paraná-based squad demonstrated collective strength and defensive balance to secure their semifinal spot.

Next, Leonas remained strong in the competition, beating JL Canteras 3–1 in another consistent performance from a team boasting one of the tournament’s most lethal attacks. Lazio, meanwhile, confirmed their favoritism with a 5–2 victory over Atletic, maintaining their unbeaten streak and excellent offensive record. The Italian team continues as one of the title favorites.

In the most dramatic quarterfinal, Corinthians and Bagagem drew 3–3 in regular time, with the result decided on penalties. Timão prevailed 3–1 in the shootout, securing a place among the tournament’s top four. With these results, the semifinals are set: Pinheiros vs. Leonas and Lazio vs. Corinthians, promising matchups of the highest technical level.
