Football 7 Awards unveils nominees for the season’s top individual honors

The Football 7 Awards have officially revealed the nominees for the main individual categories of the season, honoring players and coaches who delivered outstanding performances throughout the year. The awards feature both men’s and women’s football 7, bringing together talents from Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Chile, and Japan.

In the Best Coach – Women’s Category, the nominees are Dilma Mendes (Brazil), Kike (Mexico), and Gabriele Passerini (Italy). For the Men’s Category, Batata (Brazil), Keller Costa (Japan), and Daniele Dorto (Italy) are in contention after impressive campaigns.

In the race for Best Player – Women’s Category, the nominees include Thaís Andrade (Brazil), Fernand Rodriguez (Mexico), and Nicole Mariñelarena (Chile). On the men’s side, the Best Player nominees are Davi Ilário (Brazil), Filype Pinheiro (Brazil), and Maaxi Nuñez (Chile).

The Best Goalkeeper – Women’s Category features Lala (Brazil), Jhana de León (Mexico), and Joanna Osorio (Chile). Meanwhile, the men’s nominees are Igor Campos (Brazil), Matheus Dias (Italy), and Keisuke Fukaya (Japan).

The official winners of the Football 7 Awards will be announced on February 7, celebrating the stars who defined the season and showcasing the global growth of football 7.
